Please Note:  This office, while not a standard Associa office, is A VERY IMPORTANT CUSTOMER.  
* 27 users only interaction will be accessing a Citrix session to get to Associa's Intranet page.

Capitol Place is a 39 Story Residential Condo Complex in Honolulu that has been managed by Associa since 1/2019 and went LIVE 2/1/2021 with Associa email/O365 accounts, CITRIX Desktops and Shared Data, and computing equipment.
They are migrating to C3 Date unknown.


* There are 5 Full Time office employees, multiple Security and Maint staff as well as Landscaping and Housecleaning employees.
* The CPSecurity and CPSecurity.Front.Desk accounts are used by the 3 shifts of 24/7 Security Staff.
* RS@capitolplace.net is the Shared Mail Account that all Security personnel communicated via.
* All employees have their own email and access it via OWA.
* Their Phone and network is provided by Hawaiian Telecom. (one 24 port Switch)
* 1) PC at Front Desk and 1) PC in Security Office are on a standalone non-Networked Domain.
* Eight Desktops and Two Laptops Citrix Clients (*** See Tab for PC Creds)
 
NON-Supported Applications: Capitol Place has four (5)  Applications they rely heavily on that are supported by the specific 3rd party vendor providing it.  People with     Issues with these applications should initiate a support request with their Support department directly.    
 They are:  * ADT - Avigilon  *     Pacom  *  Fiery Print Server  *     Morris Key Watch  *  One Source CRM Application
