Setting up Cisco Voicemail remotely from outside the network:
1. Call the Associa Cisco number assigned to them, from your cell phone.
2. As soon as you hear the prompt, press *.
3. You would be prompted to enter your ID followed by pound. Your ID is the 10 digit extension of your Associa desk phone.
4. You would then be prompted to enter your PIN followed by pound. The default PIN for first time users is 12345.
5. Follow the self descriptive steps and setup your voicemail account remotely.
6. You would now be able to access your voicemail account remotely.
