Resolution

VistaPoint users need to do follow the following steps to complete the migration to new server or if they are getting host errors or login issues

  1. If they are currently logged in, have them log out from citrix or windows completely.
  2. Log back in.
  3. Run “Vistapoint Companion console” (sometimes it may be hidden my citrix apps folder on desktop) à settingsàoptions à server tabàconnection parameters à and in host filed add “D1APVPCP001.associa.corp “ and hit OK .
