Resolution:
VistaPoint users need to do follow the following steps to complete the migration to new server or if they are getting host errors or login issues
- If they are currently logged in, have them log out from citrix or windows completely.
- Log back in.
- Run “Vistapoint Companion console” (sometimes it may be hidden my citrix apps folder on desktop) à settingsàoptions à server tabàconnection parameters à and in host filed add “D1APVPCP001.associa.corp “ and hit OK .
