Issue:

User cannot sign in to Finesse


Environment:

Finesse 

 

Error Looks Like: 

 

Resolution:

Primary check: Make sure the Device (Phone/Jabber) is registered. 

 

 

Login to CUCM: https://10.200.20.101/ccmadmin/pluginsFindList.do

This is the process of de-association and re-association of Agent device. 

Navigate to: User Management > Application User

 

 

Search for user: uccxrmjtapi > Click on it. 

 

Click on Device Association. 

 

Search with the filters as: 

 

Directory number: Begins With: Number

 

 

  1. Deselect.
  2. Click on save selected changes.
  3. Click on Back to User.

 

Hit on Save. 

 

 

No to Re-associate: Follow the same steps as below. 

Again, Go to Device Association. 

Use the same Filters: Directory number: Begins With: Number

Select the devices: Click on save selected changes > Click on Back to User > Save on Main page.
